Enrichment Club

We require a minimum of 10 children signed up to run any enrichment club.

If the minimum number of students is not met then we will consider rolling over some numbers from another day in order to save the club.

What is rolling over numbers?

For example; Let’s say we run 4 clubs at St Josephs Primary School. Coding, Photography, Crazy Science and Drama. The uptake is as follows:

  • Coding – 16
  • Photography – 4
  • Street Dance – 15
  • Drama – 7

Total of 42 children signed up for St Josephs school at our clubs.

In this example, we have achieved our minimum number of students needed across the board (minimum of 10 kids x 4 clubs = 40 sign ups needed in total). So we will run all clubs, even if Photography and Drama are undersubscribed.

We will cancel clubs and issue refunds if the minimum number of students is not met by our booking deadline

Wrap Around Care

We require a minimum of 10 children signed up to run any wrap around care.

If the minimum number of students is not met then we will consider rolling over some numbers from another day in order to save the club.

What is rolling over numbers?

For example; Let’s say we run 5 days at St Josephs Primary School. Monday to Friday. The uptake is as follows:

  • Monday – 16
  • Tuesday – 4
  • Wednesday – 15
  • Thursday – 7
  • Friday – 10

Total of 52 children signed up for St Josephs school at our clubs.

In this example, we have achieved our minimum number of students needed across the board (minimum of 10 kids x5 clubs = 50 sign ups needed in total). So we will run all clubs, even if Tuesday and Friday are undersubscribed.

We will cancel clubs and issue refunds if the minimum number of students is not met by our booking deadline
